
This usually depends on the type of event.
For small-scale events, such as those requiring equipment for 15 or fewer people or a backdrop only, we recommend confirming your booking at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
For medium-scale events that include setting up a backdrop and equipment requiring manpower, such as tents, tables, inflatables, and catering for more than 20 people, bookings should be confirmed a minimum of 3-4 weeks prior to the event.
For weddings and large-scale events, ideally, bookings should be made 2-3 months in advance to ensure availability and ample planning time.
We do accommodate last-minute requests based on availability. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can discuss your options.
The quote provided does not constitute confirmation of the booking of Goods and/or Services.
To secure or confirm your booking of Goods and/or Services, you shall make payment of 60% (sixty percent) of the invoiced amount within the validity period set out on the invoice and provide Pastel Creations with your proof of payment (“Booking Fee”).
Should the deposit payment not be made within 2 days, please ensure to enquire if the selected date and equipment are still available for the requested date. There may have been another client who confirmed their booking during that time.
Please note: Receiving a quote does not secure the booking; only a deposit payment confirms it.
